The desert is a unique and beautiful place.  There are so many layers of horizon lines melding into each other at times and distinctly separate at other times.  I can easily become lost in my dreams as I gaze out into this wonderful desert world. Design inspired by a photo I took near the Sonoran Desert Museum in Tucson, AZ.

Techniques: Picture Image Machine Appliqué, 3D embellishments, free motion machine quilted on a home sewing machine.
